PhD researcher Xiaohong Yang on ABC Science Show

Xiaohong Yang recently appeared on the ABC Science Show in an interview about her research into titanium dioxide as the wonder particle. Xiaohong Yang described her work using the photocatalytic properties of nanoparticles. Titanium dioxide, it turns out, is a wonder compound with wide-ranging applications from medicine to paint (making surfaces easy to clean) to energy production. Hear Xiaohong’s full interview here.
