The aim of the scheme is to equip students with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to bring research-based ideas, inventions and innovations to market. It provides tuition fees and a scholarship of $10,000 to domestic PhD students to undertake a new Graduate Certificate in Research Management and Commercialisation concurrently with their PhD.

Upon completion Alex, Samantha and Jack will graduate with a Graduate Certificate in Research Management and Commercialisation to add to their PhD.
