Professor Nagarajan Valanoor wins Young Investigator Award
Nagarajan Valanoor (Nagy) has been awarded the Young Investigator Award at the 2010 International Symposium on Integrated Functionalities (ISIF) held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Nagy received his award for his work in studies of ferroelectric domains at the nanoscale. The ISIF is the leading international conference in the very vibrant and highly competitive materials science field focussing on fundamental and applied science of ferroelectric materials. Nagy is an Associate Professor in the School and currently holds an ARC Australian Research Fellowship.
