My research focuses on exploring the synthesis and properties of novel materials, particularly metal oxides, perovskite-structured oxides in the form of both thin films and nanomaterials, targeting at diverse energy and electronics related applications ranging from nonvolatile memories, thin film transistors, to energy storage and harvesting devices such as supercapacitors etc.
